Building a website

Problem Statement: To build a website that would host different types of gemstone-related content.

Responsibilities: As the main designer, I went through the design process: doing research, building wireframes, creating user flow, designing, and following up with developers and QA.

Inspiration Research

As one of the requirements, the new website needed to accommodate a lot of content. Looking through heavy content websites allowed me to better plan my design approach and get element ideas.

Navigation User Flow

I look into the ideal user flow to create the best experience and help users to find relevant content.

Design System

Reusable components, patterns, styles, and guidelines were defined to create clear standards.

Wireframing

Working on the wireframes allowed me to focus on the functionality and give the best experience possible.

Interaction design

Each component took its appropriate interaction to give users a pleasant experience.

Final Product

After collaborating with Content Managers, Developers, QA, and the Marketing team, I was able to deliver a clean and modern website.
